At present, there is no mature preparation method of UV curing resin with high polymer quality and low viscosity. UV curable materials with high refractive index are key materials for high power LED packaging and sapphire optical device bonding. Usually, the refractive index of organic materials is below 1.6, and the high refractive index materials usually have color and poor heat resistance; It is necessary to adopt organic-inorganic nanocomposite to obtain materials with light color, refractive index higher than 1.7 and good heat resistance. Several laboratory methods for preparing materials with high refractive index can be found.


High barrier UV adhesive, UV curing different guide electroadhesive (UV-ACF), high water resistance "no shade adhesive", high strength UV composite adhesive, UV medical adhesive and other new products and technologies are to be developed.

"Shadowless adhesive" is widely used in the bonding and manufacturing of glass, clocks and handicrafts, which greatly simplifies the production process of these products. New technologies and special resins are needed to develop "shadowless adhesives" with high water resistance and high adhesion to glass.

The adhesion of current anti-exposure film to glass is good, but it can not meet the requirements of long-term stability and water resistance of safety glass, and the existing UV-PSA glue has a large residual odor, so it is necessary to develop high-performance UV-PSA with new resin and new methods.
